Terms of Sale

Seller identity. The seller and publisher is Archie Fletcher, an editorial imprint operated by the publisher. Customer support and formal notices are handled through the contact form below.

Product. The product is a 94-page English-language ebook titled The Psychology and Energy of Money, supplied as a PDF. It is educational reading and is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.

Ordering and payment. The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Whop. Whop may collect payment and transaction details under its own terms and privacy practices. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed.

Digital delivery. Access is provided immediately after confirmed payment through an on-screen reading and download page. A delivery email may also be sent when email delivery is available. The customer is responsible for entering a working email address and saving a personal copy of the PDF.

Licence. Purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read and store the ebook. The ebook may not be resold, publicly distributed, uploaded to sharing services, reproduced commercially or used to create a competing product.

Availability and liability. Reasonable care is taken to keep delivery available and the file usable. Temporary service interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and applicable law. The terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher's operation, while any mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country remain unaffected.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact form below within 14 calendar days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and enough information to identify the order.

A full refund will be provided for a duplicate charge, a corrupt or unusable file, a product materially different from its description, or an access problem that support cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

Because the ebook is delivered immediately, a change-of-mind refund is available within the 14-day window only if the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access or download has begun, change-of-mind requests are ordinarily not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Whop. Bank or card processing times are outside the publisher's control. This policy does not limit any statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

Who handles the data. Archie Fletcher is an editorial imprint operated by the publisher. Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through the contact form below.

Data collected. The site may receive an email address supplied for free chapter delivery; a name, email address and message supplied through the contact form; limited purchase and fulfilment details supplied by Whop, such as customer email, transaction identifier and payment status; and basic technical information such as IP address, approximate country, browser or device information, referring page and campaign parameters.

How it is used. Data is used to deliver requested files, fulfil purchases, answer support messages, process refund requests, prevent abuse, keep necessary transaction records and understand basic site activity. Analytics are limited to first-party page and interaction events; the publisher does not sell personal information.

Service providers. Information is shared only as needed with providers that operate this service, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Whop for checkout and payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. Those providers process information under their own applicable terms.

Retention and security. Contact, fulfilment and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Submit a request below using the relevant email address. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. The site is not directed to children under 16.

This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
